| 辽宁四洋律师事务所前身为沈阳市涉外经济律师事务所、沈阳市第三律师事务所。始建于1988年，原隶属于沈阳市司法局，是沈阳市建立的国办所。在从事法律服务过程中，多次获得省、市司法厅局的嘉奖。
本所是国内较早进行专业化发展，并进行专业化改造的律师事务所。在涉外、金融、房地产、公司业务等非讼法律服务方面具有

No.3 Law Firm,which were established in 1988 under the administration
of Shenyang Justice Bureau and were state-owned law firms launched
